2019 Hollyburn Club Championships - Thursty Edition

Welcome to the Club Tourney - our annual event to crown our Club Champs!
There are four consecutive Thursday nights of matches starting Jan 17 and culminating on Feb 7 with all the finals! Each Thursday we are using 5 courts from 530-800pm so there is little room to wiggle. Please make every effort to make your scheduled time and if you have to adjust please check with me when you arrive to see which court you can play on. I have left one court available for member bookings. Please don't reschedule and book it. If its not booked come thursday night we will use it.
DRAWS... were created based on player ranking.
BEER... Each Thursday night there will be a few pitchers of beer and some nachos provided by the squash committee!
BALLS... will be made available each week for the first matches, please leave them on the court for the following match.
REFS... for the first three weeks I ask that the players ref themselves and in case of any tight matches please ask someone who is watching to assist. For the Finals night refs will be set up for the main event finals.
SCORING... all matches will be best 3 of 5 using PAR 11 scoring (win by 2)
RESULTS... Please report all results. In person or by email.
RESCHEDULING... it will happen so keep in mind it needs to be completed prior to the following Thursday night... no exceptions!
If you are the one who can not play please make every effort to accommodate your opponents schedule.
Please let me know if you are rescheduling so I can track the matches that need to be completed and can update the draws. Also I can provide contact info for your opponent.
FEBRUARY 7 MATCHES... please make every effort to play that night and don't reschedule. Everyone has a match this night so let's get a big crowd together and go out with a bang!
PRIZES... all depending on how much we spend on beer and nachos. Bragging rights for the year are always up for grabs!
