RULES OF ENTRY
Only registered Western province players may enter the tournament.
The tournament will be played under Squash SA and Western Province tournament rules.
Players are obliged to mark/referee the following match but may be excused if referees are available.
Players must be present 30 minutes before the scheduled time of their match. Be ready to play when the match prior yours is finished.
Players must be available for the duration of the tournament. If you miss a match, you’re out for the rest of the tournament.
The draw will be posted on the SportyHQ website and players will be informed when the draw is available. Entrants are responsible to check the times of their first matches.
Entries can only be done online on the SportyHQ website. You will receive a confirmation mail.
Entries can also be checked on the SportyHQ website – if your name doesn’t appear there, you’re not entered (some servers block the confirmation mail).
PHOTOGRAPHY:
• Photos taken by WP Squash or their nominated official may be posted onto our social pages.
• By entering this tournament, you consent to the use of any photos of you and your family on the WPS and affiliate website
