Eastern Goldfields Squash Association is excited to announce the HydroBlast Kalgoorlie 50th anniversary of the Golden Open.

We are planning to make it a great weekend for squash as we aim to host a variety of Womens, Mens and Juniors events.
For those who are returning this year we look forward to seeing you again and for the new players I hope that you have a great time.

Anyone is allowed to enter into the Open Division regardless of their sportyHQ score. Please note that if you enter into the Open you cant also enter into the regular divisions. However, if you are old enough you can still enter into the Masters.

Weekend Schedule
3rd Friday - Sponsors Night - 6:00pm to late – Ray Finlayson Sporting Complex:
All players are invited to join us at the Squash Club to get the weekend kicked off.
7:00pm - We will be moving to the Hannan's Club for the rest of the evening and serve some finger food.

Please note that depending on numbers we may need some people to play their first round Friday evening.

4th Saturday – Matches Day 1 - 7:00am to 8:00pm:
Matches to kick off from 7:00am and run late into the evening.

5th Sunday – Matches Day 2:
7:00am to 4:00pm
Matches to kick off early again and finals will commence from 4:00pm.
6:30pm – Presentations – Overland Motel

6th Monday – Safe travels home!

Further Information:
Matches are played as a best of 5 point per rally. With 11 point games. This is for all Womens, Juniors and Mens divisions.
Everyone will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.
PSA players will have the opportunity to enter into a consolation plate if they are knocked out in the first round. This is not mandatory and will not pay out extra prize money but will ensure that you get a minimum of 2 matches over the weekend.

NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS -
Based on numbers, qualifying matches may need to be played on Friday the 3rd of June. Please ensure you will be available to play.
