RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All players must be at the South West Sports Centre and ready to play on Saturday
by 9.00am.
2. All players must be under 19 at the date of the tournament.
3. All players are expected to mark and/or referee matches. Assistance will be
provided if needed.
4. All players must wear protective eyewear.
5. Scoring will be point a rally to 11 best of 5 games.
6. Players will not be permitted to play until their entry fee is paid.
7. Players must be a registered junior with WA Squash.
8. The organisers’ decisions are final and they reserve the right to:
a. Refuse any entry and shall not be required to give any reason for such refusal;
b. Regrade any player as necessary and disqualify any player not ready to begin
his/her match punctually;
c. Alter times of matches and if necessary reduce the number of events.
9. The Tournament Organisers, WA Squash and its officers, employees or agents shall
not be liable for any death or personal injury or loss of damage to property
sustained or incurred by any person in connection with the tournament howsoever
caused.
The South West Sports Centre operate a full canteen.
Snack and lunch options will be available
for purchase on the day.
Alternatively, the Parks Shopping Centre is not far away, on the Cnr Bussell Highway & Brittain Road, Bunbury.
By signing up to participate in this tournament you agree to the following:
DECLARATION: In consideration of my entry, I, my heirs, executors and administrations release and forever discharge Bunbury Squash Club, it’s servants, agents or subcontractors, instrumentality’s and all voluntary community groups and organisations assisting with this event, all sponsors, producers, their agents and representatives of all liabilities, claims, damages or costs which I may have against them arising out of, or in any way connected with my participation in this event. I understand this waiver includes claims based on negligence, action or inaction of any of the above parties. I recognise the difficulties of this event and declare that I am physically fit and able to complete this event safely and have not been told otherwise by a medically qualified person. I consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident or illness. I have carefully read this entry form and agree to abide by all the rules and directions of all officials. I give consent to WA Squash, the host venue and event sponsors to use any photographic and video materials in which I am a subject for advertising and promotional purposes.
