1. ITF Tournament rules apply.
2. Members wishing to enter may not have any fee arrears outstanding from 2017 or prior.
3. Please ensure you are available to play over the 4 weekends which will include both Saturdays & Sundays.
4. Players arriving 15 minutes later than their scheduled time will forfeit the match.
5. Any player who is unable to play on the Saturday scheduled must arrange with his/her opponent to play this match prior to the scheduled
Saturday and if said player advances to the next round and is unable to play the Sunday scheduled match, this match needs to be played
prior to the following Saturday schedule. Should the match not be played for whatever reason the original defaulting party will forfeit the match.
6. Any player who enters 3 draws WILL be expected to play all 3 Finals if scheduling dictates on the same day.
7. New tennis balls will be provided for all main draw events.
8. Back draw events will be played using used tennis balls.
9. A fee of R75 (Open / Social) will apply per player per event entered.
10. Please make payment via EFT to Parkrand Tennis Complex prior to entry deadline (28th February 2018)

11. Any player who has not paid entry fees prior to the entry deadline will be removed from the championship draws.
12. Age groups may be combined if entry numbers do not warrant a separate draw.
