The Peter Byrne Memorial Trophy
Peter Byrne was a fantastic supporter of Squash in Jersey and there is not a day goes by when his friends in the squash playing community don’t miss him.
Pete loved squash doubles and was one of the best players in the Island, when he was asked to only cover half a court! He played in two finals partnering Ian Furness and John Wood in 2013 & 2014.
Pete’s friends want to dedicate this tournament to him and make it fun but competitive and one that Pete would have loved to play in.
