Timed format:
- 30 minute match length
- 3 minute warm up
- 3 x 8 minute games
- 90 sec rest between games
- Rally stops when end of game bell is sounded
- 3rd game is worth 2 games
- If games are tied 2-2, winner determined by points
- If games and points tied, golden point rally to determine winner

Entrants without an existing QMSA rating will be given an approximation based on SportyHQ / SquashLevels rating
