About
NSW Squash Limited Terms and conditions for Centre/Club Annual Affiliation.
Membership is valid January to June this year due to the changeover to Rev Sport. Memberships will then be July to June.
By applying for membership with Squash NSW, the club/centre committee members, management and staff agree to:
1. Agree to abide by the Constitution, Rules, Regulations, Bylaws, Policies, Code of Conduct and Procedures of Squash NSW.
2. Agree to abide to the Squash NSW Child Safe Squash Framework and all Child Protection Legislation. Ensure that all committee members, staff, coaches, officials and other person in positions of power complete and maintain a Working with Children Check and provide such detail to Squash NSW as required.
3. Agree to act in the best interest of the sport and not bring the game into disrepute.
4. Agree to pay all monies outstanding to Squash NSW by the due dates.
5. Agree to provide Squash NSW with your club/centre player’s details including date of birth, phone and email contact details
6. Agree to display and circulated all Squash NSW notices and newsletters within your club/centre.
7. Agree not to hold events that may clash with events already established on the Squash NSW Tournament Calendar.
8. Agree not to form any competitions in direct opposition to and or take away from competitions run by Squash NSW.
Squash NSW Membership will not be extended if these terms and conditions are not accepted and adhered to.
9. Encourage members and players of your Club/Centre to be affiliated individual members of Squash NSW by registering on Sporty.HQ.
