When: Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th July (potential for popular grades to be played on Friday 15th July in the evening)

Cost: £40.00 (includes top quality quick dry sublimated t-shirt)
Cost 2nd Grade: £15.00

I thought the weekend went well apart from, in my opinion the timings were wrong, also if some more of the games were played on the Friday it would have freed up time Saturday. We probably live the furthest from Birmingham but was there lunchtime maybe the people that live closer and the older age groups could who possibly are retired could play on the Friday. Overall it was a great weekend and thanks to Mark and his wife for coming back and putting there valuable time to it and also to the ES refs and all that helped.

Comms re what courts were available, and which courts were running late was poor. With courts 5 & 6 being out of commission and 9 & 10 replacing them, all that was needed was the numbers to be replaced on 9& 10 by 5&6 to stop the confusion.
A running order to be pinned on each court would also lead to less confusion. in that, you would have less need to keep going into the Office to find out which court you were on.
